Cat Lockman and Diane Fabian are self-employed independent consultants.  Together they provide boutique consulting services as Lockman & Fabian - specializing in fundraising, finance and organizational development.  Cat and Diane are senior-level leaders who bring highly-credentialed expertise and guidance to philanthropic and nonprofit organizations.  We use a collaborative approach with our clients to develop and execute a customized plan to achieve project goals.

Established in 2013, Lockman & Fabian is a boutique consulting practice founded on a desire to provide high-level, solution-driven services to the philanthropic and non-profit sector.  L&F offers a wide range of customized services, including fundraising assessment and implementation on fundraising strategy.  Each engagement is tailored to the client’s needs and optimized for both functionality and bottom-line enhancement.  Our clients include trade, membership, charitable, educational, and direct service organizations as well as private foundations.
